Broot.ai Subscription Refund Policy
This document outlines the refund policy for Broot.ai subscriptions, including those made through the iOS and Android app stores, as well as through alternative payment methods.
Refund Period: 15 days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
Apple App Store: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, please follow the steps in this link to request a refund. As per Apple’s policy, Broot.ai is unable to process refunds directly for purchases made through the Apple App Store. If your refund request is declined by Apple, you can contact us at support@broot.ai within 7 days of your subscription’s start date. If eligible, we will offer a store credit equivalent to 70% of the subscription cost within this 7-day period, or 7 days after your 14-day free trial has ended. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window.

Google Play Store: For subscriptions made through the Google Play Store, you may initiate a refund by following the instructions in this link. If your refund request is declined by Google, please reach out to us at support@broot.ai within 7 days of your subscription start date. We will provide a full refund if you contact us within this 7-day period, or within 7 days after the end of your 14-day free trial. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible.

Other Payment Methods: For subscriptions made through the Broot.ai web portal or other payment channels, you may request a refund by emailing us at support@broot.ai within 7 days of your initial subscription charge. Full refunds will be processed if requested within 7 days of the first payment, or within 7 days after the conclusion of your 14-day free trial. Refunds will not be processed after the 7-day period has passed.
